Arcaflix is a digital platform offering animated Bible films for children. Our content is designed to provide faith-based entertainment and education for Christian families. All content is accessible through the Hotmart platform after purchase.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access credentials via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are processed securely through Hotmart. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of your transaction.

• The base Arcaflix plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• Optional upgrade plans (Arcaflix Plus) may involve annual payments as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Arcaflix reserves the right to change pricing at any time — changes will not affect existing purchases
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, contact us at arcafllix@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• After a refund is processed, your access to Arcaflix content will be revoked

All content available on Arcaflix — including but not limited to films, animations, characters, scripts, artwork, logos, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Arcaflix and its licensors.

All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Arcaflix content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Arcaflix name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Arcaflix. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using Arcaflix, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Record, copy, or redistribute any Arcaflix content without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arcaflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your Arcaflix purchase.

Arcaflix uses Hotmart as its payment and content delivery platform. Your use of Hotmart is subject to Hotmart's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
